Rules  

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not provide any refunds for cancelled bookings or individual team members who cannot attend. You may reschedule your booking up to two times with at least a 24 hour notice. Please see our full rescheduling policy below.

LATE POLICY:

Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled booking time to sign-in and start your adventure on time.All team members must arrive at least 10 min prior to your scheduled time to sign in, fill out a waiver and take care of any restroom needs before beginning the quest. If you are running late to your booking or start late, our game masters reserve the right to cut down your game time in order to be fair to the next teams.  Also we can only hold your booking for maximum 10 minutes past your reservation time. If your group is more than 10 minutes late for your appointment on the weekends or 15 minutes late on weekdays, unfortunately we will not be able to host your game and we reserve the right to cancel your booking in which your payment will be forfeited.

RESCHEDULING POLICY:

If you need to reschedule your booking within 24 hours of your reservation, you must pay a $30 rescheduling fee. Please understand that these policies are in place because if a group  moves their reservation within 24 hours, it’s difficult to get those vacated slots filled on such short notice, which means we lose out on that business.

AGE POLICY:

Lust and Lace: All visitors must be at least 18 years of age and older and can go on their own. No visitors under 18 years of age are allowed.

Chamber of Horrors: All visitors must be at least 12 years of age:

visitors 12-16 years of age must be accompanied by adults;

visitors age 16 years and older can play on their own;

Sleeping Spirits: All visitors must be at least 10 years of age:

visitors 10-14 years of age must be accompanied by adults;

visitors age 14 and older can play on their own; 

Ultimate Heist: All visitors must be at least 10 years of age; 

visitors 10-14 years of age must be accompanied by adults;

visitors age 14 and older can play on their own; 

The Mystery of Doctor Frankenstein: All visitors must be at least 7 years of age:

visitors 7-12 years of age must be accompanied by adults;

visitors age 12 and older can play on their own; 

Game of Stones: All visitors must be at least 7 years of age:

visitors 7-12 years of age must be accompanied by adults;

visitors age 12 and older can play on their own; 

The age policy in “Gotham Escape Room” is strict and not flexible
